Purchases of original artworks and custom portraits are made through the relevant order form.
By completing the order, the customer accepts the Return Policy, which states that returns or exchanges are not accepted, as these are unique artworks.

Prices may change depending on production costs and needs.

4. Liability

We make every effort to ensure safe delivery of artworks. However, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping companies. Prior toshipment, we retain photographic or other evidence of the condition and packaging of the artworks of the artworks for security and documentation purporses.

Personal data provided is used exclusively for order processing and is not shared with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All artworks and website content are the intellectual property of Art Soul Store, and reproduction, modification, or sale without permission is prohibited.
